• Coming in for just a short stay and want to see the doctor?

Are you planning on coming in from out of town for just one day?The doctor wants as much time as possible to focus on treating you. To eliminate the time needed to gain information about your health concerns while in the office, we will have you fill in your health information via email or fax and then schedule a phone consultation. The doctor will discuss your concerns and then when you make your visit to the clinic, he can focus on treating you as much as time will allow.
