Dr. Brett B. Brimhall, B.S., D.C.
Brett Brian Brimhall was born in Holbrook, AZ on August 8, 1974. He graduated from Mountain View High School in 1992. He attended Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Mesa Community College, Scottsdale Community College, and Arizona State University where he took his pre-professional courses. Dr. Brimhall trained in the Upledger visceral and cranial work prior to attending chiropractic school.
Dr. Brimhall attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. He was President of the Percussor, Applied Kinesiology, and Nutrition Clubs. There he received his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and graduated Magna Cum Laude for his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Throughout the different graduation activities, Dr. Brimhall won many awards. At the graduation banquet, his classmates voted him Mr. Congeniality. At graduation, he was given the Outstanding Intern Award for the Alpha Clinic. For each graduating class from Parker, the president and faculty of the college nominate and vote for one student "who, to an outstanding degree, has demonstrated the Parker principles of friendship, love of mankind, and the compassion to serve in the practice of chiropractic." Dr. Brimhall received that special James W. Parker Chiropractic Philosophy Award.
Dr. Brimhall has lectured internationally since 1996 on the subject of health and nutrition. He is currently licensed for chiropractic and physiotherapy in the state of Arizona where he manages The Brimhall Wellness Center.
Dr. Kayle L. Martinsen, D.C.
Kayle Martinsen was born in St. George, UT on August 16, 1974. He moved to AZ with his family when he was 11 and has lived here ever since. He graduated from West Wood High School in 1992. He attended Mesa Community College, Scottsdale Community College and Arizona State University where he took his pre-professional courses.
Dr. Martinsen attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. There he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He is currently working on completing his B.S. in Anatomy and his B.S. in Health Wellness. He is preparing to take the Acupuncture exam in September to become certified.
Dr. Martinsen is a Board Certified Chiropractor and licensed in Physiotherapy in the state of Arizona, where he is an associate in our office.
Dr. Ann Lovick, NMD
Dr. Ann Lovick is a licensed naturopathic physician who specializes in women’s healthcare. She focuses on the diseases and conditions that affect women through out their life, providing natural and effective treatments and prevention strategies.
In July 2007 Dr. Lovick graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. After completing a two year family practice residency at Centro de Salud Familiar in Phoenix,

After years of learning to live with pain, and being told invasive surgery was the only option for relief, Dr. Lovick sought out alternative medical care for the first time. Just one chiropractic visit provided her more relief than all of the conventional treatments combined. She quickly decided she wanted to learn more, and she wanted to share what she learned with others.
Dr. Lovick recently retired as President of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association. She also received the 2009 Physician of the Year award.
